For G3 Computing (Syllabus K349), the exam has two compulsory papers:
- Paper 1: a 2-hour written exam, marked out of 80 and worth 60% of the final grade. It covers all five modules with multiple-choice questions (single and multiple answer), short-answer questions, matching questions, cloze passages and structured questions. Relevant formulae are provided.
- Paper 2: a 2-hour 30-minute lab-based exam, marked out of 70 and worth 40% of the final grade. It has one question on Spreadsheets and four to five questions on Algorithms and Programming, done in spreadsheet software, Python and JupyterLab. A Python quick reference guide is provided.

For Paper 1:
